1:00-3:00pm : : Ministry Work (Seacoast Student Ministry)
3:00-5:00pm : : Program Work
6:00-9:00pm : : Lead High School/Middle School Small Group/High School Service

Tuesday/Thursday
7:30-8:30am : : Workout (cardio)
9:00-10:00am : : Prayer/Devotional Time
10:00-11:30am : : Class (Ministry Development)
11:30-1:00pm : : Lunch
1:00-3:00pm : : Ministry Work (Children's Ministry)
3:00-5:00pm : : Program Work
6:00-9:00pm : : Every Tuesday (Young Adult Service)/Attend Small Group

7:00am : : Consequence Time
11:00-12:00pm : : Workout (cardio & weights)

Saturday
Walk or run specified distance (cardio)
3:00-8:00pm : : Church

Sunday
7:45-1:00pm : : Church (attend 8am service)
5:00pm-TBD : : Home Sponsor Night

**Consequence Time is earned during the week for various infractions of the handbook rules.
